PROJECT NAME

Freedom Ophthalmic

6700 square feet facility was being converted from a warehouse to a cataract Eye lenses manufacturing facility. It required HVAC (RTU, Ventilation) design, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Life Safety systems (Fire Alam Panel, CO and Heat sensors). There was also a portion of the building which required ‘Clean Room Design’ as per ISO Class 5 and 7 regulations.

The challenge was to meet special ACH rates and still maintain positive pressures in each room as prescribed by ISO standards. A successful design was provided which was in accordance with ASHRAE, OBC, NFPA and ISO.

Designed the facility with multiple RTU and Make Up air units to satisfy the Heating and Cooling Requirements. Designed Plumbing for Washrooms, Fish Market Area, Meat Market Area and the Cooler rooms. Sprinklers were provided to cover the entire floor area.

Foody Mart
